Terms of Service

By accessing or using posdoo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Service

posdoo is a restaurant operations management platform that helps restaurant businesses manage orders, inventory, staff scheduling, and sales reporting. Access is by invitation only, limited to authorized employees and managers of registered companies.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Each account may only be used by the individual to whom it was issued.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Upload malicious code, spam, or any content that could harm other users or the platform.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals.

4. Data Ownership

All business data you enter (orders, inventory, sales, schedules) remains yours. We do not claim ownership over your data. You grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely to provide the Service.

5. Google OAuth Integration

If you choose to connect a Gmail account to the Service, you authorize posdoo to access that Gmail account in read-only mode for the sole purpose of importing vendor invoice attachments and sales reports. You may revoke this access at any time from your Google Account settings or from within the posdoo Settings page.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or suspend the Service for operational reasons with reasonable notice where possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, posdoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
